Accepting these Terms
Welcome to Wolf Club (ABN 78763103271). This Terms of Service agreement (“Terms”) is between you (“you” or “your”), Wolf Club (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “Wolf Club”), and the entertainers we connect you with. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website located at www.wolfclub.com.au (the “Site”), along with related services, including entertainment booking services (together with the Site, and the Content, the “Services”). These Terms also apply to in-person events that are part of the Services.
Please review these Terms carefully; by accessing or using any of the Services, including making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms form a legally binding contract between you, Wolf Club, and the entertainers. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract or, if you are not, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms. Under no circumstances may you access or use the Services if you are under eighteen (18) years old. Your access to and use of the Services in any way also means that you agree to all of these Terms, which will remain in effect while you access or use the Services. These Terms incorporate by reference any additional terms and conditions posted by Wolf Club through the Site or otherwise made available to you (the “Additional Terms”), and you understand and agree that by accessing or using our Services, you agree to also comply with all Additional Terms.
Changes
At any time and without liability, we may suspend, modify, or discontinue all or part of the Services (including access to the Site via any third-party links). We encourage you to check our Site periodically for the most current Service offerings. Similarly, we may update the Content, including descriptions and specifications about Services. We reserve the right to remove any Content at any time, for any reason (including, but not limited to, if someone alleges you contributed Content in violation of these Terms), in our sole discretion, and without notice. Wolf Club will have no liability for any change in the Services or suspension or termination of your access to Services.
We also reserve the right to change these Terms at any time by notifying you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting the revised Terms on the Site. The “Last Updated” legend above indicates when these Terms were last changed. At our discretion, we may also notify you of specific changes by emailing the email address associated with your booking. You are responsible for providing us with your current email address and for updating your account information to reflect any changes. Your continued use of the Services following any changes to these Terms will indicate your acknowledgment of such changes and agreement to be bound by the revised Terms. Any changes to the Terms will not apply to any dispute between you and us that arises before the date we posted the revised Terms incorporating such changes or otherwise notified you of such changes. If you disagree with the new Terms, you may no longer access or use the Services.
Privacy
Wolf Club governs your submission of information through the Services. To review our current Privacy Policy, please check our Privacy Policy on the Site.
1. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes that arise will be handled exclusively in the courts of New South Wales.
2. Acknowledgment
By paying the deposit, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
3. Legal Age
You must be at least 18 years old to access this website and to book any performances or entertainment.
All attendees must be 18 years or older to participate in events featuring our waitstaff or performers.
Wolf Club reserves the right to request identification to verify the client's age and identity before finalizing any bookings.
4. Code of Conduct
All entertainers must be treated with dignity and respect.
Performers have the right to decline any requests that do not fit their job description.
No photography, recording, physical contact, or any form of verbal or physical harassment is allowed.
A safe and respectful environment is essential for all entertainers. Failure to adhere to these standards will lead to immediate cancellation of services without a refund.
Strictly prohibited to exchange personal information such as phone numbers, emails, social media accounts between Clients and entertainers.
5. Venue Requirements
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the venue allows adult entertainment and meets all necessary regulations. If access is denied, the entertainer will not perform, leading to immediate cancellation with no refund.
Performers will not work in public areas, outdoors, or on surfaces like grass or sand. A clean, dry, and private space must be provided.
Clients must inform us of the venue conditions regarding bikinis, lingerie, topless, or nude performances in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation upon arrival, with no refunds issued.
For outdoor events, clients must provide shelter, a restroom, and a changing area for entertainers, and ensure their comfort by providing heaters in winter and fans in summer. Essentials like mosquito repellent, sunscreen, and drinking water should also be available.
6. Event Details
To book entertainers, we need specific information, including:
Date, time, number of entertainers, services requested (lingerie, topless, or nude waitresses, strip shows), type of strip show (R-rated or XXX), and the number of shows.
Location, expected guest count, type of venue, and nature of the event (e.g., Birthday Party, Bucks Party, Boat Cruise, Hens Party, Poker Night, Sports Event).
If the event includes female attendees in mixed-gender settings, this must be communicated prior to selecting entertainers. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation without a refund.
Providing false or incomplete information may lead to cancellation of the booking without refunds.
7. Extreme Weather Policies
If entertainers cannot access the event site, the deposit will be applied as a cancellation fee, and no refunds will be provided.
Events deemed dangerous or hazardous by local authorities may be rescheduled at no extra charge.
8. Booking Confirmation
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Your selected entertainer will be officially reserved once the deposit is received and processed. We kindly request one-third of the total booking amount to secure your reservation.
9. Booking Verification
A confirmation detailing all booking information will be sent. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately. Failure to confirm details may result in extra charges or loss of the deposit.
10. Cancellation Policies
Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable and will not be returned if you cancel your booking or any entertainer. These deposits are necessary to cover cancellation fees for the entertainer and administrative expenses related to your booking.
Rescheduling:
Cancelations made 30 days before the event can be rescheduled at no charge, provided the details remain unchanged.
Cancellations made 14 days before the event incur a $100 rescheduling fee, assuming event details remain consistent.
A new deposit will be required for significant changes in event details.
11. Changes to Bookings
Time Adjustments: Accepted within 14 days of the event; entertainers are subject to availability. A fee of $150 will apply for changes made after confirmation.
Date Adjustments: Accepted up to 30 days in advance; if changes are made with less than 30 days notice, a cancellation fee of $100 per booked entertainer applies if they are unavailable or lost of initial comms to cover administrative fees.
Location Adjustments: Accepted up to 30 days in advance if in a different suburb; travel fees may apply. Changes within 7 days in the same suburb incur a $200 fee.
All the fees for changes to bookings have to be paid when the changes are requested and are not deductable from your original booking.
12. Performer Cancellation
If an entertainer cancels, alternative options will be provided. If suitable replacements are unavailable, the deposit will be refunded, but no additional compensation will be given.
If entertainers cannot be contacted upon arrival or if the contact information provided is incorrect, and no attempt is made to reach the agency within 15 minutes of the booking start time, the entertainers will leave, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Delays caused by the client will reduce the service time. Delays caused by entertainers count from their arrival time. Immediate assistance from the agency must be sought.
13. During the Event
Should any issues arise during the event, the agency must be contacted right away. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your right to resolution.
14. Liability and Refunds
Wolf Club serves as an intermediary agency connecting clients with independent entertainers. We are not responsible for any liability insurance, which is mandatory for each performer.
Entertainers are responsible for their own liability insurance and for collecting their own taxes, ensuring compliance with all relevant taxation laws. Wolf Club is not liable for any tax-related obligations or insurance coverage of the entertainers.
Any legal disputes that arise from the services provided will be solely between the client and the entertainer.
15. Entertainer Requirements
Entertainers must possess a valid and active Australian Business Number (ABN) and a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (if applicable).
Entertainers are required to maintain appropriate liability insurance and comply with all relevant legal and taxation requirements.
16. Copyright and Use of Images
All images and content on Wolf Club’s website and social media platforms are protected by copyright. Any use of such images for personal, promotional, or commercial purposes requires prior written consent from Wolf Club, and penalty applies.
